Guest Table Centerpieces

Guest tables often feature two different centerpiece designs. For example, you might have 10 tables with Single Low and Lush arrangements and 10 with Tall and Dramatic arrangements. Choose a design and enter the number of tables for each option below; use just Option One if you prefer one style throughout.

Candle Treatments

Add candle treatments to your guest tables — $75 ++ per table. Enter the total number of tables receiving candles across both centerpiece options.

Ceiling installations can range anywhere from $10,000 to $75,000, truly depending on the ceiling design you're looking for. Scope, venue, and installation all affect pricing. We'll discuss this separately; it is not included in the estimate below.

Delivery, Setup, Installation & Strike — Approximately 25%

We include approximately 25% of your floral and décor subtotal for delivery, setup, installation, and strike (removal after the event). This number can vary greatly. It depends on how much time you're given for installation and exactly what is being installed. Labor can cost considerably more for ceiling installations, a chuppah built on-site, or tall centerpieces assembled on-site.
